New Taipei City to host 24-hour food culture exhibition

The 2026 New Taipei City Exhibition, titled ‘24HR NEW TAIPEI OPEN: Welcome to the 24-Hour New Taipei Food City’, will open on October 30 at the Sanchin Center in Sanchong District. The exhibition is designed as an immersive interactive supermarket concept to showcase the city's diverse culinary heritage and local products.

The event features four themed zones following a daily food timeline: morning breakfast combinations, afternoon local agricultural and fishery products, evening multicultural culinary memories, and late-night snack culture. Visitors can participate in interactive experiences, including a DJ station for food sounds and a custom bento box stamping station.

Chefs Wu Bing-cheng and Chen Kun-huang are serving as exhibition ambassadors. The exhibition is free to the public and runs from October 30 to December 27, with special weekend activities featuring local brands and professional demonstrations.
