New wine cellar Terroirs et Cépages opens in Betton

Sommelier Xavier de Saint Sernin has launched Terroirs et Cépages, a new wine cellar located in the center of Betton, France. Formerly known as La Cave Saint Grégoire, the establishment has been fully renovated and officially opened in late October.

Saint Sernin, who brings international experience from roles in New York and London, aims to combine classic grand crus with modern, local, and engaged wine productions. The shop offers an eclectic selection including spirits, Breton beers, and fine groceries, alongside gift sets and gourmet baskets.

In addition to retail, the business plans to host oenological workshops and themed evenings. The opening is marked by an inaugural event on Friday, November 6, intended to contribute to the economic revitalization of the Betton town center.
