New York Giants Launch Major Training Center Revamp Ahead of 2028 Season
The New York Giants announced a comprehensive modernization of their East Rutherford training complex, the Quest Diagnostics Training Center, adding about 93,500 square feet of new construction and renovating 46,000 square feet. Designed by Ewing Cole and built by Natoli Construction, the project will expand the locker room to more than 6,000 square feet with 100 full‑size lockers and enlarge the weight room to over 11,000 square feet, featuring a nutrition bar and a cardio mezzanine overlooking the indoor field.
Additional upgrades include expanded sports‑medicine and rehabilitation spaces, a recovery and wellness suite with hydrotherapy, sauna, red‑light therapy, cryotherapy, flotation tanks and hyperbaric chambers, and a renovated cafeteria. Giants president and CEO John Mara said the investment “reflects our commitment to our people and to building a foundation that will support the New York Giants for years come,” with completion targeted before the 2028 NFL season.
