New York Jets implement coaching and facility changes

The New York Jets are undergoing both physical and organizational changes as they prepare for the upcoming NFL season. At the team's Florham Park facility, renovations are underway to upgrade the weight room, following previous investments in locker room upgrades by owner Woody Johnson.

On the field, head coach Aaron Glenn is implementing significant changes to address the team's previous 3-14 finish. These adjustments include firing half of the coaching staff, Glenn taking over defensive play-calling, and collaborating with general manager Darren Mougey to recruit veteran leadership. As rosters are trimmed from 90 to 53 players, Glenn expressed a commitment to improving the team's internal culture and changing the external perception of the organization.
