Newgate Investment buys Bełchatów shopping park, expands Comfy Park portfolio

Newgate Investment has completed the purchase of a shopping park in Bełchatów, Poland, covering 5,920 m² of gross leasable area. The centre hosts a mix of retailers including Biedronka, Rossmann, TEDi, Action, Neonet, Maxi Zoo, Diagnostyka and JYSK, and is situated near major traffic routes and nearby outlets such as KFC, Leroy Merlin and the Olimpia mall.

The asset will be integrated into Newgate’s portfolio under the Comfy Park brand, reflecting the company’s strategy of acquiring well‑located, stable retail parks with a strong grocery anchor and diversified tenant mix. Financing for the transaction was provided by BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions, marking a continued collaboration between the two firms.
