Nexo Studios launches faith‑focused film series 'I Misteri della Fede' in Italy

Nexo Studios is debuting a new cinematic showcase called “I Misteri della Fede” in Italian theatres from 15 to 21 October. The program opens with the documentary “Carlo Acutis. Il giovane santo”, directed by Luca Salmaso and produced with Officina della Comunicazione, Our Films (a Mediawan company) and in partnership with the Associazione Amici di Carlo Acutis and Fondazione Cariplo. The film portrays the life of Carlo Acutis, a young Italian who was canonised as the first saint of the digital era, using family archives, unpublished photos and video.

The series will continue with the film “O Sang. Il miracolo di San Gennaro” shown 11‑15 November, directed by Giovanni Troilo, examining the legend of Naples’ patron saint. A third feature, the animated movie “Il re dei re. La più grande storia mai raccontata”, scheduled for early December, is also produced by Nexo Studios. The event is presented as a space for collective reflection on faith, spirituality and the meaning of life through cinema.
