Neymar purchases Santos mansion for ~R$50 million in instant Pix deal

Brazilian footballer Neymar Jr. bought a luxury mansion in Santos, São Paulo, for roughly R$50 million. The property, located on Morro Santa Terezinha, spans about 2,800 m², contains three houses with ten suites, extensive leisure facilities, and a collection of 15‑16 high‑end motorcycles. The former owner, businessman Luiz Moura, said the purchase was made "porteira fechada" – the buyer took all furniture, appliances and decor without visiting the home in person. A video call with Neymar confirmed the buyer’s identity, after which the seller’s lawyer arranged the paperwork.

Moura recounted that the payment arrived via a Pix transfer the same day his lawyer confirmed it, prompting him to joke, "Ele fez o Pix e saí só com a roupa do corpo" (He sent the Pix and I left with only my clothes). Neymar also agreed to buy the motorcycles on the spot. The deal was completed in early 2025, and a future acquisition of the "Enejota" yacht, valued at about R$120 million, has been reported.
