Neymar's high‑value asset purchases
Overview
In early July 2026 Neymar continued to expand his luxury portfolio. On 8 July he took delivery of the 800 m² superyacht “Enejota,” valued at roughly R$120 million, a purchase that underscored his estimated R$6.5 billion fortune and a monthly earnings potential of up to R$21 million from football salary, image‑rights and sponsorships. The same day he completed a R$50 million Pix transfer for a 2,800 m² mansion on Morro Santa Terezinha in Santos, acquiring three houses, ten suites, extensive leisure facilities and a collection of high‑end motorcycles, with the seller noting the transaction was finalized without the buyer ever visiting the property.
Influencer Virginia Fonseca bought an entire floor of the Edify One tower in Itapema for more than R$20 million, securing a 400 m², five‑suite unit with private elevator, staff quarters and sea‑front views. The tower, co‑owned by a company linked to Neymar, remains slated for delivery in December 2028 and reflects the surge in high‑end real‑estate demand in Brazil’s coastal north.
On 24 July Santos Football Club confirmed a R$90.5 million debt to NR Sports, the firm that manages Neymar’s image‑rights, with R$26 million already overdue and a payment of roughly R$11 million recorded. In parallel, Neymar, as a partner in developer DUE, promoted the Rota DUE Caribe Brasileiro, a luxury housing programme across Pernambuco to Alagoas valued at about R$7.5 billion.
In early August TV presenter Luciana Gimenez highlighted a 1,388 m², seven‑suite triplex in São Paulo’s Cidade Jardim neighbourhood that she had previously sold to Neymar. The property features a home cinema, library and modern office, and carries condominium fees of roughly R$34,800 per month, adding another high‑value asset to Neymar’s expanding holdings.
