Nguyễn Văn Linh prosecuted for tax evasion in Quang Ninh

Quang Ninh City Police have officially prosecuted Nguyễn Văn Linh, Director of Lâm Nam One Member Co., Ltd., for tax evasion. The company operates in the truck repair and automotive parts business.

Investigations revealed that between March 3, 2021, and July 2, 2022, Linh illegally purchased 14 value-added tax (VAT) invoices with a total recorded goods value exceeding 1.74 billion VND. He subsequently used 11 fraudulent invoices to account for input goods and materials, resulting in the evasion of over 111.8 million VND in VAT.

Linh has been charged under Clause 1, Article 200 of the Penal Code. Authorities are continuing their investigation to clarify all related matters.
