Authorities in Quang Ninh have officially prosecuted Nguyễn Văn Linh, Director of Lâm Nam One Member Co., Ltd., for tax evasion. The investigation found that between March 2021 and July 2022, Linh illegally purchased 14 value-added tax (VAT) invoices with a recorded goods value exceeding 1.74 billion VND.

Linh used 11 of these fraudulent invoices to account for input goods and materials, resulting in the evasion of over 111.8 million VND in VAT. He has been charged under Clause 1, Article 200 of the Penal Code as investigators continue to clarify related matters.
