Nha Trang Primary School merges 13 institutions in Khanh Hoa

Thirteen primary schools in Nha Trang Ward, Khanh Hoa Province, have merged to form the Nha Trang Primary School. This massive institution manages 287 classes, 10,565 students, and 524 staff members, including teachers and administrators.

The school operates under a model consisting of one main campus, 12 branches, and 5 school sites. To manage this scale, the school has appointed 13 vice principals, with former principals of the merged schools serving as vice principals to oversee their original locations. This structure aims to utilize existing management experience and maintain stability.

Management will utilize a decentralized approach where the principal and vice principals establish a unified framework while delegating specific responsibilities such as professional expertise, security, and boarding services to individual branches. The school also plans to implement digital transformation and artificial intelligence to streamline administration and reduce unnecessary meetings.
