Nicaragua Diseña 2026 to feature 83 fashion shows

The 15th edition of Nicaragua Diseña, themed ‘Legacy, Evolution, Future!’, is scheduled to take place from October 23 to 25 at the Olof Palme Convention Center. The event will feature 83 fashion shows, including 60 by national designers and 23 by international participants from countries such as Russia, Italy, Turkey, Spain, Venezuela, Colombia, Mexico, Honduras, Suriname, El Salvador, Costa Rica, and Cuba.

In addition to the runways, the event will include masterclasses, an ‘Expo Foto’, live music, and more than 50 brands participating in an Expo Feria and food court. Camila Ortega Murillo, General Director of Nicaragua Diseña, stated that the platform aims to continue projecting national talent and connecting it with international markets. The Nicaraguan Institute of Tourism (Intur) is also supporting the event as a space for innovation and creativity.
