Nicaragua schedules 79,000 events for July Victorioso 2026 celebrations

Nicaragua's Copresident Rosario Murillo announced that 79,000 activities will take place nationwide this weekend as part of the July Victorioso 2026 celebrations. The program includes festivals, queen coronations, dance contests, revolutionary parades and other cultural events across all departments and municipalities. Murillo said the agenda aims to strengthen family and community ties, promote peace, security and development, and celebrate the country's freedom, sovereignty and prosperity.
