Nicolò Bulega dominates WorldSBK practice at Magny-Cours

Nicolò Bulega has demonstrated significant dominance at the Magny-Cours round of the 2026 WorldSBK championship. The Aruba.it Racing – Ducati rider secured pole position and swept the practice sessions, including FP1 and FP3, where he was the first rider to lap in the 1m34s range.

Ducati showed overwhelming strength throughout the weekend, placing multiple riders at the top of the standings. Bulega’s teammate, Iker Lecuona, consistently followed in the top three during various sessions. Bulega enters this round with a 133-point lead over Lecuona and has the mathematical opportunity to secure the world title if he maintains a sufficient margin.

Other notable developments include Danilo Petrucci announcing his departure from BMW for the following season, and Bulega indicating he has made a decision regarding his future team, though he has not yet disclosed the details.
