Occhiato told América TV, “Sí. No hay juicio y eso está bueno. Por lo menos los dos estamos contentos con eso,” confirming that no legal action will be taken.

He added that the meeting was “una charla buena, re piola, que nos debíamos ambas partes y creo que estuvo muy buena,” and that Peña had assured him she never intended to sue.
