Nigeria Football Federation elections suspended by FIFA and CAF
FIFA and the Confederation of African Football (CAF) have suspended the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) electoral process following a leadership crisis. The suspension halts the elections originally scheduled for September 27.

FIFA and CAF have indicated they will send representatives to Abuja to meet with stakeholders, including the NFF, congress members, and the National Sports Commission, before making a final decision on the federation's future structure.
