Nigerian Air Force destroys terrorist enclave in Borno State

The Nigerian Air Force (NAF) conducted precision airstrikes on July 10‑11 in the Yaganari‑Gezuwa area of Borno State as part of Operation HADIN KAI. Intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance missions confirmed the presence of terrorist structures and logistics hubs, which were then targeted and destroyed. The strikes eliminated the identified terrorist infrastructure and neutralised several insurgents.

Air Marshal Sunday Kelvin Aneke, Chief of the Air Staff, praised the personnel involved and reaffirmed the NAF’s commitment to sustained offensive operations, stating that the force will continue to hunt, disrupt and destroy terrorist elements wherever they seek refuge.
