Nigerian Airspace Management Agency warns of fake recruitment letters

The Nigerian Airspace Management Agency (NAMA) has issued a public warning regarding fraudulent recruitment and appointment letters being circulated by unauthorized individuals. The agency stated that these schemes are designed to exploit job seekers and damage its corporate identity.

In a statement signed by Abdullahi Musa, the Director of Public Affairs and Consumer Protection, NAMA clarified that it is not currently conducting any recruitment exercises. The agency warned the public to disregard unofficial correspondence, social media messages, or claims by intermediaries regarding employment opportunities.

NAMA advised citizens to exercise vigilance and refrain from making payments or sharing sensitive personal information with anyone claiming to represent the agency. All recruitment communications should be independently verified through official NAMA channels. The agency noted it does not authorize third parties to solicit money for employment and will not be held responsible for losses resulting from dealings with fraudsters.
