Niigata City to exhibit at Tokyo Game Show 2026 to attract game industry

Niigata City is participating in Tokyo Game Show 2026 to attract game companies and foster a local industry hub. The city aims to create employment opportunities for creators by leveraging its high concentration of students studying game design, CG, illustration, and design.

At the event, Niigata City will showcase its competitive subsidy programs for game companies. The booth will also feature a demonstration of ‘Niigata City Bus Center Battle Royale,’ a Fortnite Creative project developed by Riparia and Beat Bap, to highlight the region's potential for business development.
