Nikaho City to host summer festivals in August

Nikaho City in Akita Prefecture will host two summer festivals in August. The “Yume no Saiten in Shiokaze” festival is scheduled for August 15 at Shiokaze Park in the Hirasawa district. Organized by the Hirasawa District Regional Promotion Council and local volunteers, the event will feature approximately 30 food and beverage stalls selling items such as hamburgers and yakisoba, alongside a lottery.

A second event will take place on August 22 at Kisakata Beach.
