Nikita Mirzani wins appeal in lawsuit against Reza Gladys
Nikita Mirzani has won an appeal in a civil lawsuit regarding an unlawful act (PMH) against beauty doctor Reza Gladys and her husband, Attaubah Mufid. The Jakarta High Court overturned a previous ruling from the South Jakarta District Court that had required Mirzani and her assistant, Mail Syahputra, to pay billions of rupiah in damages.
Legal counsel Usman Lawara stated that the appellate court found the claims of financial loss to be unsupported by sufficient evidence. Consequently, the previous obligation for Mirzani and her assistant to pay compensation has been nullified, and the arguments presented in the reconventional lawsuit by the opposing party were dismissed.
