Nikos Androulakis proposes new economic policies for Greece

PASOK leader Nikos Androulakis has issued sharp criticisms against both Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis and former Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras, calling on citizens to judge the two leaders based on their past promises and actions. Androulakis urged voters to give PASOK a chance to establish a new political beginning.

During his address, Androulakis presented several party proposals, including the right of choice regarding bad loans and private debt. He also proposed a permanent taxation mechanism for the superprofits of oligopolies. The PASOK leader criticized the current government's handling of the cost of living, the functioning of institutions, and the management of public funds.

Addressing the return of Alexis Tsipras to the political spotlight, Androulakis stated it was a democratic right but noted that both Tsipras and Mitsotakis have already been tested in office. He further rejected claims that PASOK is shifting politically toward SYRIZA, asserting that the party stands with the Greek people.
