Nilüfer (Bursa) municipality announces office auction and zoning plan for three parcels

The Nilüfer Municipality in Bursa has opened a public tender for the sale of an office unit located in the Odunluk neighbourhood (parcel 254/7, B Block No. 5). The 59.65 m² office is listed at an estimated price of 3 million 750 thousand Turkish lira, with bidders required to deposit a temporary guarantee of 112 thousand lira. The auction will be conducted on 17 June 2026 at 14:00 under the open‑tender procedure of the State Procurement Law.

Separately, the municipality has issued a temporary suspension of the new zoning implementation for three parcels (1505, 1506 and 1512) in the Yolçatı neighbourhood. Following the council’s decision on 15 April 2026, the revised map, calculation sheets and distribution tables will be posted on the municipality’s notice board from 5 June 2026 for a one‑month period, allowing owners and investors to review the changes before they take effect.
