Nilüfer Mayor Şadi Özdemir Holds Open‑Air Meeting in İhsaniye

Nilüfer municipality continued its "Şadi Başkan’la Akşam Çayı" open‑air series by gathering in the İhsaniye neighbourhood of Bursa. Mayor Şadi Özdemir, together with his wife Nuray, deputy mayors Mahmut Demiröz and Zerrin Güleş, council members, municipal officials and İhsaniye muhtar Emine Esen Akıncı met residents in the Üç Fidan Youth Park. The mayor listened to citizens’ complaints, suggestions and requests about local shortcomings and invited them to report issues through the "Nilüfer Her Yerde" mobile application, describing the initiative as a form of "shared wisdom". Attendees were offered traditional aşure and the event concluded with a group photo.

The outreach aims to maintain direct dialogue with neighbourhoods throughout the summer, allowing officials to identify problems on site and encouraging residents to act as informal inspectors via the municipal app.
