Ninh Binh authorities investigate principal's misconduct video

Authorities in Yen Thang Ward, Ninh Binh province, are investigating a viral video showing a female principal slamming a table and throwing a cup during a meeting at Mai Son Primary School.

The incident reportedly occurred in October 2025 during a meeting to hand over records and documents following a leadership transfer. Ms. L. T. H., the former principal of Mai Son Primary School, was transferred to become the principal of Yen Thang Primary School, while Ms. H. T. P. took over the leadership at Mai Son.

In the video, Ms. L. T. H. is seen using harsh language and acting out of frustration. Ms. H. has confirmed her identity in the footage, stating her actions were a spontaneous outburst caused by frustrations regarding the handover process and being asked to leave the school. However, the current principal of Mai Son Primary School, Ms. H. T. P., denied forcing Ms. H. to leave and stated she did not understand the reason for the outburst.

Local officials from the Yen Thang Ward People's Committee have confirmed they are verifying the details and have summoned the involved parties to clarify the matter.
