Health authorities in Ninh Binh province are proactively implementing preventive measures to manage infectious diseases as children return to school. The provincial health sector is coordinating with families and educational institutions to ensure early detection and timely handling of cases to limit community transmission.

At the Tropical Pediatric Department of Ninh Binh Obstetrics and Pediatrics Hospital, medical staff are currently treating approximately 60 to 70 inpatients, with an average of 10 to 20 new admissions daily. Common illnesses identified include viral infections such as Adenovirus, influenza, hand-foot-and-mouth disease, and various respiratory tract infections.

Medical professionals advise parents to maintain strict personal hygiene, particularly frequent handwashing with soap and clean water. They also recommend ensuring proper nutrition, adhering to vaccination schedules, and seeking immediate medical attention if children exhibit abnormal symptoms such as fever, cough, or rashes.
