Nintendo Nintendo eShop Switch 2 software pre-orders online maintenance

Nintendo has scheduled five maintenance windows between October 19 and October 22, 2026, affecting various online services. These updates include work on Nintendo Network ID logins, specific network services for online gaming, and the Nintendo eShop. During these periods, users may experience difficulties redeeming eShop cards or download codes, as well as issues with credit card payments.

In addition to service updates, several upcoming titles are available for pre-order for the Nintendo Switch and Switch 2. Notable upcoming releases include Blue Prince, Nintendo Switch Sports Resort, Final Fantasy Resonance, Minecraft, and Pokemon Legends: Z-A. Other scheduled titles include Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – The Hinokami Chronicles 2, Steins;Gate Reboot, and The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time.
