Nio launches Champion Edition 2026 ET5, ET5 Touring and EC6 with racing upgrades

Nio announced the launch of Champion Edition versions of its 2026 ET5, ET5 Touring and EC6 electric vehicles. The models draw on the company's Formula E championship heritage, featuring exclusive racing‑green brake calipers, a Moon‑theme exterior package, black‑themed cabins, Alcantara‑style steering wheels, micro‑fiber seats, racing‑green seat belts and stitching, and larger black wheels (20‑inch on the ET5 variants, 21‑inch on the EC6). All three cars are equipped with 100‑kWh battery packs. Prices start at 313,000 yuan for the ET5 Champion Edition (205,000 yuan under the Battery‑as‑a‑Service plan) and 373,000 yuan for the EC6 Champion Edition (265,000 yuan BaaS), with a monthly BaaS fee of 1,128 yuan. Deliveries begin on June 20, 2024. Nio is offering limited‑time incentives, including discounted Moonlight Silver paint, vouchers for body‑decal packages, zero‑down financing, a 50 % discount on options, five years of free NOP+ access, and free upgrades such as a high‑definition rear‑view mirror for the ET5 models and a zero‑gravity driver’s seat for the EC6.
