Nissan transfers Argentine operations to Simpa and Tagle groups

Nissan has officially confirmed a change in its business model in Argentina, transferring its local representation to Grupo Simpa and Grupo Tagle. Under this new agreement, Nissan will no longer operate as a direct subsidiary in the country, instead utilizing these groups for the distribution of vehicles, auto parts, and after-sales services.

The transition is intended to ensure continuity in product portfolio development, customer service, and the maintenance of the existing dealership network. Customers will continue to have access to current and future product launches, vehicle warranties, spare parts, and the Nissan Plan de Ahorro.

The effective transfer of operations is expected to be completed before the end of 2026, following a transition period designed to maintain commercial activities. This move aligns with Nissan’s global ‘Re’ strategy, aimed at increasing competitiveness and efficiency.
