Nissan's Oliver Rowland Claims Victory at Monaco Formula E E‑Prix

Oliver Rowland secured Nissan's first win of the 2025/26 Formula E season by triumphing in the Monaco E‑Prix, the tenth round of the ABB FIA World Championship. Starting eighth, Rowland capitalised on Attack Mode activation and superior energy management to take the lead on lap 23, holding off Felipe Drugovich (Andretti) for second and Antonio Félix da Costa (Jaguar) for third. A post‑race penalty relegated Edoardo Mortara to fifth, while Dan Ticktum received a late penalty that dropped him to 14th. The victory marks Nissan's inaugural win of the campaign and highlights the team's strategic recovery after a challenging Saturday. Nissan team principal Tommaso Volpe praised the performance, noting its potential to boost the squad in the season's second half. The championship will move to Sanya, China, for the eleventh round on 19‑20 June.
