Noida Police arrest six suspects and recover 1.48 crore rupees in cash

Noida Police have arrested six individuals in connection with the theft of approximately 1.5 crore rupees from a garage in Sector-25. Authorities recovered 1.48 crore rupees in cash, consisting of 296 bundles of 500-rupee notes, along with a vehicle used in the crime.

Investigations revealed that the primary suspect, 33-year-old Avnish Kumar, had been involved in collecting funds from people under the guise of investments through a CA firm and a trading profit fund. The theft was allegedly motivated by Kumar's inability to return previously collected investment funds. The suspects were apprehended near the Rajnigandha crossing following electronic surveillance and local intelligence efforts.
