Nomad to invest R$ 100 million in first Latin American Time Out Market
The fintech company Nomad is investing over R$ 100 million to bring the first Time Out Market in Latin America to Brazil. The gastronomic and cultural space will be located in the Conjunto Nacional building on Avenida Paulista in São Paulo.
Scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2027, the project utilizes an ‘experience rights’ model, with Nomad serving as the presenter and Stella Artois and Casa Dexco as initial sponsors. The 3,250 square meter venue will feature 17 kitchens and spaces for events and content, aiming to blend global curation with local Brazilian flavors.
Nomad customers will receive specific benefits, including a dedicated lounge, priority reservations, and a 10% discount when using the company’s credit card at the venue.
