Time Out Market expansion in São Paulo
Overview
The fintech company Nomad is investing over R$ 100 million to establish the first Time Out Market in Latin America, located in the Conjunto Nacional building on Avenida Paulista in São Paulo, Brazil.
Scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2027, the 3,250 square meter venue will feature 17 kitchens, a bakery, three bars, a studio kitchen, and multi-use areas for events, workshops, and festivals. The project aims to revitalize a historic area that has been closed for approximately ten years and expects to attract roughly 2 million visitors annually.
Nomad will serve as the presenter for the project, with Stella Artois and Casa Dexco acting as initial sponsors. Nomad customers are expected to receive specific benefits, such as a dedicated lounge, priority reservations, and a 10% discount when using the company’s credit card at the venue. Benjamin Ramalho, CEO of Time Out Market Brasil, stated that the market intends to integrate with local cultural assets like MASP and Trianon Park.
