NORMAL retail chain opens first stores in Czech Republic

The Danish retail chain NORMAL is expanding into the Czech Republic with the opening of its first two stores in Prague. The first location is scheduled to open at the Flora shopping center on Wednesday, August 12, followed by a second location at Galerie Butovice two days later.

To celebrate the launch, the retailer has announced various promotional activities. These include gift bags for the first thousand customers at each location, gift cards for the first ten people in line, and a 'TADAAA Ticket' contest where a customer could find a hidden ticket worth 8,146 CZK. The brand is also introducing its mobile application to the Czech market, which features a loyalty program using virtual currency called 'Uniqoins'.
