North Macedonia begins establishing Academy for Public Servants

The Ministry of Public Administration in North Macedonia has launched the operational phase to establish the Academy for Training and Professional Development of Public Servants. Minister Goran Minchev stated that the Academy is intended to be an investment in the quality, integrity, and efficiency of public administration to increase citizen trust in institutions.

The project is currently in a phase of defining its organizational model, key functions, and operational setup. A two-day working session was held to prepare essential documents, including a strategic framework and a four-phase reform roadmap, which will be converted into a realistic action plan. The Academy is projected to begin its operations in 2027.
