North Macedonia opens 18th e-Services Center in Strumica

Minister of Digital Transformation Stefan Andonovski and Strumica Mayor Petar Jankov have inaugurated the 18th e-Services Center (ETU) in North Macedonia. Located within the municipal building, the center provides residents of Strumica and surrounding municipalities access to 350 services from the National Portal for Electronic Services (uslugi.gov.mk).

The facility is designed to assist citizens who may lack the ability, desire, or technical knowledge to use electronic services independently from home. Available services include citizenship certificates, criminal and penal record confirmations, birth, marriage, and death certificates, and services from the Cadastre Agency. The initiative is a collaborative effort between the Ministry of Digital Transformation and the local government.
