North Sumatra Fair PRSU 2026 Engages Visitors with Doorprize and Development Booth
The 50th Pekan Raya Sumatera Utara (PRSU) in Medan required ticket‑holding visitors to collect 30 stamps—25 from regional pavilions and five from sponsor stalls—before receiving doorprize gifts such as thermoses and tumblers. Organisers explained the system, noting that stamps from Lazada and Gojek required app downloads, IM3 required an 8 GB data purchase, and Bank Sumut required proof of account ownership. Onida, a doorprize officer, said the process “does not use a lottery; once the stamps are complete, the prize is given immediately.”
At the same event, the Bapperida (Badan Perencanaan, Pembangunan, Riset dan Inovasi Daerah) stand highlighted Governor Bobby Nasution's six Program Hasil Terbaik Cepat (PHTC). Staff explained that initiatives such as free medical care, free schooling, and infrastructure projects have moved beyond concept to concrete planning and implementation. Eka Hermawan, a Bapperida official, noted visitors most often asked about the progress of these programs. The stand used infographics and direct dialogue to show that the PHTC are part of a broader, measured development roadmap for North Sumatra.
