Nová Ves clinches regional title while Čistá tops district league in Czech football

Nová Ves from Novoměstsko secured the championship of the highest regional competition for the 2025/2026 season, finishing the campaign unbeaten over a 22‑match run and confirming first place one round before the season’s end. The club’s coach Martin Žák highlighted the team’s resilience, noting that despite the triumph the club will remain in the regional league because it lacks the required number of youth squads for promotion to the fourth Moravian‑Silesian league.

In the parallel district competition, the team from Čistá dominated the 9th‑tier league, recording an unbeaten record, amassing 70 of a possible 75 points and scoring 103 goals. The season concluded with a ceremony in which captain Martin Padělek received the trophy, underscoring Čistá’s clear superiority in the district league.
