Nàstic de Tarragona concludes preseason with loss to Catllar

Nàstic de Tarragona concluded its preseason participation in the Torneig del Centenari del Catllar, losing to Catllar in a penalty shootout following a scoreless draw. The match, which featured a squad primarily composed of youth academy players, served as a final evaluation for coach Xisco Campos.

Campos expressed satisfaction with the performance of the youth players, noting that the match allowed him to personally assess talents who may play a role during the upcoming season. He emphasized the importance of maintaining strong ties with local provincial clubs that support the historic team.

During the event, Nàstic president Lluís Fàbregas presented a commemorative plaque to Catllar to honor their centenary. The match also marked the inauguration of the new artificial turf at the local field.
