NSW Health Minister Ryan Park has announced that the state government is seeking legal advice regarding the public-private partnership (PPP) at the Calvary Mater Hospital. The discussion follows reports that elevated levels of aspergillus fumigatus mould were detected in the hospital's intensive care unit during air quality testing in August. Calls for a clear timeline regarding the hospital's future have been made by local representatives and the Health Services Union.
