NTPC announces 600 MW solar EPC tender and chemist trainee hiring in India

NTPC Renewable Energy Limited has issued an engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) tender for two 300 MW grid‑connected solar projects in Dhule, Maharashtra. The scope covers design, supply, installation, testing, commissioning and three‑year O&M of the plants, including tracker‑based mounting, module cleaning, and remote monitoring systems. Bidders must demonstrate a minimum average turnover of Rs 1.61 billion for the first block, Rs 1.77 billion for the second, or Rs 3.38 billion for the combined 600 MW, with a bid security of Rs 200 million. Submissions close on 22 July 2026.

Separately, NTPC Limited is recruiting 40 Assistant Chemist Trainees (ACT). Candidates must hold an M.Sc. in Chemistry, be under 27 years of age (with category‑based relaxations), and apply online by 10 July 2026. Selected trainees will receive a basic pay of Rs 30,000 per month, a one‑year training period, and must sign a service bond of Rs 2.5 million (or Rs 1.25 million for SC/ST/PwBD).
