Nuevo Laredo DIF provides over 200 services in child welfare brigade

The Sistema DIF Nuevo Laredo conducted an Integral Care Brigade for children to support health and well-being ahead of the return to school. Held on August 28, 2026, the event provided over 200 free services to local families.

Key services included more than 60 medical consultations with specialists in neurology, pediatrics, and child dentistry, as well as general medicine and traumatology. Additional support featured low-cost eyewear, haircuts, weight and height assessments, family legal advice, and psychological care. The Health District for Well-being No. 5 also participated by administering various vaccines to children and their families.
