Nuevo Laredo donates land for new high school construction

The municipal government of Nuevo Laredo has approved the donation of land to facilitate the construction of the Margarita Maza National High School. Located in the Valles del Paraíso subdivision, the site is situated in a rapidly growing southern area of the city.

Mayor Carmen Lilia Canturosas Villarreal stated that the project is a collaborative effort between municipal, state, and federal governments. The initiative aims to expand educational infrastructure and provide local youth with easier access to public high school education, reducing travel distances for students in the expanding urban sector.
