Nuevo Laredo municipality launches free boxing classes for residents

The municipal government of Nuevo Laredo, through its Directorate of Physical Culture and Sport, is offering free boxing classes to children, teenagers and adults during the holiday period. Classes run Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 15:30 at the Finito López gym located inside the Benito Juárez Sports Complex.

The program is intended to encourage physical activity, improve coordination and endurance, and promote values such as discipline, respect and perseverance in a safe learning environment. Interested participants can register at the Directorate of Physical Culture and Sport.
