NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang to make first visit to Kazakhstan

NVIDIA founder and CEO Jensen Huang is scheduled to make his first visit to Kazakhstan to participate in the AI Month festivities in Astana. The visit is part of a series of events including the HackAlem AI hackathon and the international technology forum AI & Digital Bridge 2026.

During the month-long event, NVIDIA Vice President of AI and Simulation Rev Lebaredian will attend a meeting of the Council on Artificial Intelligence on October 1. The program will conclude on October 23 with a fireside chat featuring Huang at the international alem.ai center to discuss technological trends, talent development, and opportunities within Central Eurasia.

Kazakhstan has previously established a relationship with the American technology company, having launched two supercomputers based on NVIDIA technologies. In June 2026, the country signed artificial intelligence-related agreements with NVIDIA and Firebird valued at $10 billion.
