Key findings indicate that 36% of respondents identified a lack of clients as their primary obstacle. Additionally, 2,506 participants reported difficulties regarding technical insecurity and procedural practice. Other major hurdles include the high costs of maintaining a law office (cited by 1,547 people) and a lack of mentorship from experienced professionals (reported by 299 people).

The data shows that 39% of those surveyed had been registered with the OAB for less than one year. Experts suggest that legal correspondence may serve as a practical pathway for young lawyers to gain experience and transition into more complex legal demands.
