OAB/RN hosts conference and launches campaign for young lawyers

The 11th Conference of the Potiguar Advocacy, themed ‘New Times. New Advocacy’, was held in Rio Grande do Norte to discuss the future of the legal profession. Key topics included management, leadership, technology, and the impact of artificial intelligence on legal innovation.

During the event, the OAB/RN launched the State Campaign for the Valorization of Young Advocacy. Led by Roberto Matias, president of the Commission for the Support of Beginning Advocacy, the campaign focuses on four pillars: institutional representation, legal training, fee valorization, and legal entrepreneurship.

As part of these initiatives, attorney Cecília Muniz was appointed as the Ombudsman for Beginning Advocacy to serve as a link between the institution and young professionals. Additionally, the third cohort of the Beginning Advocacy Development Program (PDAI) has opened registrations for lawyers throughout the state.
