Mexico authorities execute multiple arrests for homicide and sexual crimes

Authorities in Mexico have reported several significant criminal developments across different regions. In Oaxaca, the State Attorney General's Office (FGEO) executed multiple arrest warrants. One arrest involves a man identified as E. C. G. for the aggravated pederasty of an 11-year-old girl in Oaxaca de Juárez. Another arrest was made in the Costa region against J. L. R. C. for alleged family violence. Additionally, Y. J. M. C. was detained in the Mixteca region for a double homicide that occurred in December 2025 in Huajuapan de León.

In Huajuapan de León, a tragic incident is under investigation involving the death of a child aged 3 to 4 in a local hotel. Preliminary findings suggest the child may have been poisoned with rat poison; the mother was found alive but remains under police custody in a hospital. A note was reportedly found at the scene.

In León, Guanajuato, two men, Diego Fernando ‘N’ and Brandon Alejandro ‘N’, have been linked to a criminal process following the fatal shooting of a market vendor known as Vicky. The attack occurred on September 15 at a market in San Juan Bosco. Both suspects will remain in preventive detention while the investigation continues.
