Oaxaca Governor Eduardo Ramírez Aguilar inaugurated the LIBRE Center in Totolapa as part of the Comprehensive Attention Program for the Well-being of Women (Paibim). The center provides specialized legal and psychological assistance, as well as a 24-hour helpline for reporting violence. Additionally, the administration delivered educational infrastructure to the Luz Esther Sánchez Ramírez Kindergarten with an investment exceeding 862,000 pesos and provided agricultural supplies, including veterinary medicines to combat screwworm, valued at over 415,000 pesos.
In a separate security initiative, Governor Salomón Jara Cruz announced the launch of a Control and Command Center (C2) in Asunción Ixtaltepec. Located in the Isthmus of Tehuantepec, the facility features 40 surveillance cameras, including 10 with PTZ technology for panning, tilting, and zooming.
