Dinamo București extends George Pușcaș contract until 2029

Dinamo București has announced a contract extension for striker George Pușcaș, securing his services until June 30, 2029. Pușcaș, who joined the club in February 2026, has recorded one goal and one assist in eight appearances last season. He is expected to return to action following a period of recovery from surgery.

Separately, FCSB player Octavian Popescu has moved to Greek side Levadiakos on loan until the summer of 2027. The transfer follows reports of an incident where Popescu was allegedly found in a state of euphoria after consuming nitrous oxide. According to reports, authorities were called to his residence after he became unresponsive, leading to a psychiatric evaluation. FCSB officials described the loan as an opportunity for the 23-year-old to seek a fresh start.
